Overview



We are seeking a dynamic and experienced

Marketing Manager

to join our team and lead the charge in elevating our brand presence and client base. The ideal candidate will possess a strategic mindset, strong leadership abilities, and a deep understanding of digital and traditional marketing tactics. This role not only involves managing marketing strategies but also requires actively seeking and acquiring new clients to support business growth.

Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Planning & Execution



Develop and execute

comprehensive marketing strategies

aligned with business goals to drive growth, visibility, and customer acquisition. Analyse market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to inform and optimize marketing initiatives.

Brand & Content Management



Oversee brand consistency across all marketing channels including digital, print, and in-person events. Lead the development of marketing materials (brochures, presentations, web content, etc.) using

Adobe Creative Suite

to ensure high-quality design and messaging.

Digital & Social Media Marketing



Manage and grow the company's

social media presence

, developing engaging content and campaigns that enhance brand awareness and audience engagement. Leverage

social media management tools

and analytics to measure effectiveness and inform strategy.

Client Acquisition & Relationship Building



Identify and pursue new

client acquisition opportunities

, representing the company at networking events, industry functions, and through outbound marketing campaigns. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to foster long-term partnerships.

Leadership & Collaboration



Lead, mentor, and develop a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and high performance. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, especially

, to ensure alignment of messaging, technical requirements, and customer experience.

Analytics & Reporting



Use

Excel and analytics tools

to measure campaign performance and ROI, making data-driven decisions to refine strategies. Report on key metrics and provide actionable insights to senior management.

Operational Excellence



Maintain an organised and creative work environment that encourages collaboration, innovation, and productivity.

Requirements



Proven experience in a

marketing management

role with a portfolio of

successful multi-channel campaigns

. Demonstrated ability to

acquire and manage clients

, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in

digital marketing

tools, techniques, and platforms (e.g., SEO, PPC, email marketing). Expertise in

social media platforms

and community engagement strategies. Solid analytical and

market research skills

, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action. Strong command of

Adobe Creative Suite

(Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) for creative development. Proficiency in

Microsoft Excel

for campaign tracking, forecasting, and performance measurement. Exceptional

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 34,870.00-37,691.00 per year
