Marketing Manager

to help drive that vision forward through powerful digital communication.

Role Overview:

As our

Padel Marketing Manager

, you'll be at the heart of our digital marketing efforts, managing our online presence and ensuring we stay connected with our members, partners, and wider audience. This is a hands-on, creative role with plenty of room for growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

Email Marketing:

Plan, create, and send regular email campaigns to promote events, updates, and offers Segment mailing lists and optimise campaigns for engagement and conversion Monitor analytics and suggest improvements
Social Media Management:

Own and grow our presence across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) Create engaging content including graphics, reels, and stories Interact with followers, respond to comments/messages, and build community
Website Management:

Keep website content up-to-date (events, news, membership info, etc.) Work with web developers/designers on functionality and performance Ensure SEO best practices are followed
Enquiry & Inbox Management:

Manage and respond to incoming enquiries across email and web contact forms Liaise with internal teams to provide timely and accurate information Maintain a friendly, professional tone in all external communications

What We're Looking For:

2+ years of experience in digital marketing or communications Strong knowledge of email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact) Proficiency in social media management and content creation Experience with website CMS platforms (e.g., Wix, or similar) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Highly organised with strong attention to detail Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects Passion for padel, sport, or community-building is a big plus!
