BASIC SALARY: \xc2\xa335,000 \xe2\x80\x93 \xc2\xa345,000

LOCATION: This is a hybrid role with the head office in Banbury. We ask that you work from the office a minimum of 3 days a week.

JOB DESCRIPTION: Marketing Manager / Marketing Executive

We\xe2\x80\x99re in need of a Marketing Manager / Marketing Executive who\xe2\x80\x99ll take ownership of our marketing strategy and be the engine for developing and driving the business forward. You can\xe2\x80\x99t be afraid of getting your hands dirty \xe2\x80\x93 you\xe2\x80\x99re a do-er and want to be in the midst of all activity!

Offering the comforts of a family run organisation as well as the excitement of a growing but established SME, this role will have the genuine opportunity to help shape the progression of a business undergoing a realistic growth plan.

You can expect to:
\xc2\xb7 Take ownership of both our internal and external comms, creating engaging content that\xe2\x80\x99s going to facilitate our strategy.
\xc2\xb7 Manage, mentor and coach 2 direct reports; coaching and assisting our Marketing Assistant to be reactive on social media and build our online presence.
\xc2\xb7 Help facilitate the growth plan via our branding, contract manufacturing, acquisitions and franchising.
\xc2\xb7 Be responsible for New Product Development, Product lifestyle and benchmarking pricing as well as PESTLE & SWOT analysis.

PERSON SPECIFICATION: Marketing Manager / Marketing Executive

Critically, to be our Marketing Manager / Marketing Executive, you\xe2\x80\x99ll have open, honest communication, the personality and confidence to push your ideas and say no and the ability to focus on what our products do, not what they are!

You\xe2\x80\x99ll most likely have:
\xc2\xb7 A mixed background of SME / Corporate.
\xc2\xb7 Worked in a B2B or B2B2C environment with some focus on the end user.
\xc2\xb7 Experience of working within a manufacturing environment.

Ok we get it, our industry is not \xe2\x80\x98big brand super sexy\xe2\x80\x99, but our messages can be, and therefore we\xe2\x80\x99re looking for someone who\xe2\x80\x99s going to create content that stands out from the crowd.
