Marketing Manager - Rochdale - GBP 35,000 - 40,000 DOE

I am working with a global family-run business who are looking for a Marketing Manager to join their close-knit and growing marketing team. The ideal candidate will be a creative and committed team player who loves to see a job well done!

This company is huge on team collaboration, a strong company culture, and employee engagement, therefore you will work from the office which is based in Rochdale.

About the role:

• Successfully execute all marketing initiatives, ranging from product launches to event coordination.
• Take charge of planning and coordinating the company\'s participation in exhibitions, including show proposals, stand designs, and layouts.
• Develop fresh marketing materials for both online platforms and printed publications.
• Plan and assist in creating sampling materials.
• Manage day-to-day social media activities aligned with the marketing plan and product launch calendar.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Acquire a comprehensive understanding of all product areas to ensure the timely delivery of brand messages.
• Engage in copywriting and proofreading as part of the role\'s responsibilities.
• Implement marketing campaigns targeting specific audiences through digital and traditional channels.
• Collaborate with external agencies, designers, and print agencies by liaising and providing project briefs.
• Analyse and interpret data to generate recommendations for future marketing strategies.
• Support the Head of Marketing and the sales team in driving sales and acquiring new business opportunities.

About you:

• Hold a degree in Marketing or a business-related field, or possess a CIM qualification.
• Have prior experience in a marketing role with a strong emphasis on content writing for editorial material.
• Display a proactive attitude and the ability to take initiative.
• Combine creativity with a keen eye for design and attention to detail.
• Show natural self-motivation and enthusiasm.
• Exhibit strong time management skills and the ability to work under pressure while juggling multiple projects.
• Possess a strong affinity for generating and analysing marketing data, providing recommendations for current and future strategies.
• Thrive in both independent and team-oriented work environments.
