The Role
As Marketing Manager at Cubitts, you'll be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that build brand awareness and drive customer acquisition in our key markets of the UK and the US. You'll craft compelling narratives about products, services and partnerships that resonate with both consumers and press, ultimately translating our unique story into measurable business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase Cubitts' brand awareness within the UK and US
Create compelling brand stories that effectively communicate our brand, innovation and design philosophy
Identify and execute on collaborations and partnerships with the explicit aim of driving awareness and ultimately new customers, with a particular focus on New York and the US
Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, social, and traditional media
Select and manage PR agencies and support to maximise the reach and impact of our campaigns and initiatives
Build and maintain relationships with fashion, design, and lifestyle press in London, New York and beyond
Track and report on key performance metrics, particularly those related to brand awareness and customer acquisition
Manage marketing budget effectively to maximise ROI
Coordinate Cubitts Ambassador programme, working with relevant tastemakers to shape Cubitts perception and drive brand awareness
Key Performance Indicators:
Growth in brand awareness metrics (share of voice, brand recognition, media mentions)
Increase in new customers, with aim of 50,000 new customers in FY25/25
Engagement rates across marketing channels
Quality and quantity of media coverage in relevant publications in the UK and US
Conversion rates from marketing initiatives
Requirements
What we're looking for:
5+ years of relevant marketing experience
Proven track record of successfully growing brand awareness and customers
Strong understanding of marketing channels and strategies - both offline and online
Experience with data analysis and performance marketing
International (and in particular US) marketing experience a significant bonus
