Company: Caprice Holdings (Bacchanalia, Scott's Richmond & Mayfair, Sexy Fish, Balthazar, J Sheekey, 34 Mayfair, Daphne's)Location: LondonReports to: Head of MarketingCaprice Holdings is a market leading, prestigious restaurant group with a rich history and long-standing reputation within the hospitality industry. This marketing manager role will sit within the marketing team, the role will be assigned certain restaurants within the collection to own the entire marketing output for. The role will be responsible for liaising between operations, multiple support functions (CRM, Digital, PR, Social and Creative) and of course the restaurants themselves. A mix of creativity, organisation and understanding of luxury is integral. Each restaurant has a unique brand and the marketing approach needs to be specific to that specific brand.Key Responsibilities

• Fully responsible for the creation and delivery of innovative brand specific yearly marketing plans which cover all relevant marketing channels to that brand.
• Working closely with the Head of Marketing on bringing the creative strategy to life, coming up with ideas and activations for campaigns.
• Fully responsible for delivering marketing strategy by brand to agreed marketing budgets. Where further investment, support or budget is required, to lead on pitching for this.
• Conceptualise and deliver on brand specific event programmes and sponsorships
• Own briefing of both internal departments and external agencies (such as digital, CRM and creative), ensuring all projects are delivered to schedule
• Understand the commercial challenges and opportunities for each brand and adapt the activity to suit the needs of the business
• Arrange and chair marketing meetings with all relevant departments, ensuring minutes are shared, taken and actioned.
• Work with PR and social media teams to ensure both deliver as per brand requirements
• Ensure all online and offline communications are befitting of the brand and driving sales
• Post campaign reporting with a focus on return on investment and key performance indicators being met
• Regularly meet, communicate with and work hand in hand with restaurant management
• Lead a data-led approach to all marketing activity
• Implementation of a marketing strategy that engages the corporate audience, with a focus on private dining
• Support gift voucher and gift experience sales, working alongside sales and restaurant teams, for each restaurant brand
• Identify and drive brand premium collaborations and partnerships relevant to each restaurant brand.

Role requirements

• Two years minimum experience in a Marketing Manager position
• Experience delivering 360 marketing campaigns
• Strong understanding of brand, digital, CRM, PR and social media
• Creative thinker, able to generate amazing creative ideas and storytelling
• Process driven, organised and with a high level of attention to detail
• Experience of presenting to internal and external teams

Preferred experience

• Experience working within hospitality or similar industry
• Experience working with premium brands
• Creative agency background
