We help some of the biggest and smallest names in international sport business to do just that through a range of services. From our market leading Careers platforms, to specialist job advertising, to our end-to-end Embedded Hiring teams and beyond \xe2\x80\x93 we aim to support all stages of a sports business\xe2\x80\x99 growth and people\xe2\x80\x99s careers.
Role Overview
We are proud of the market leading position we have worked hard to establish since 2010, and a key part of this role will be to manage and enhance that brand position for the next decade. As our Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for leading the growth and development of our Marketing & Insights initiatives across the Global Sports brands. You will also play an integral part in us achieving our ambitious plans to expand Global Sports further across the UK and internationally. You will own all aspects of Marketing & Insights to grow and enhancing our B2C audiences and platform users, as well as enabling our B2B sales efforts across existing products and channels. We are a data-led business so this role will also be supported by an Insights & Data Partner, allowing us to capture, analyse and interpret key data of the market, users, clients and our own product and service performance.

We are a scale-up with big ambitions so there will always be lots of ideas we could execute through marketing, primarily to achieve three goals \xe2\x80\x93 growing our candidate audiences (B2C), developing new business opportunities (B2B) and enhancing the Global Sports brand position.
