As the Marketing Manager at LCCM, you'll be at the creative heart of a vibrant and forward-thinking music institution. This is more than just a strategic marketing role--it's a chance to shape how LCCM is seen and heard across the UK and beyond. You'll lead on crafting and delivering bold, effective campaigns across digital and traditional platforms, driving student interest and brand impact. Working closely with the Chief Marketing Officer and a wider team of Directors, you'll take a hands-on approach to strategy, planning and execution--ensuring our marketing outputs are dynamic, authentic, and always audience-first.



Leading bold, integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels to boost brand visibility and student recruitment. Managing SEO, PPC, social media, email, events, and content marketing to drive engagement. Supporting and guiding a small, motivated team while overseeing marketing budgets and ROI. Using data to track performance, report on KPIs, and optimise future strategy. Championing LCCM's brand across all touchpoints and enhancing its reputation online. Collaborating across departments to launch new programmes with effective go-to-market strategies. Engaging with internal stakeholders and external partners to align efforts and maximise impact. Creating content at events to fuel our social media presence and student engagement. Managing relationships with PR, advertising, and design agencies to ensure standout creative output, on time and on brand.

Requirements:

Essential :



Bachelor's degree in marketing or equivalent experience Proven track record developing and delivering multi-channel marketing strategies Experience managing budgets and delivering measurable ROI Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making ability Skilled in digital marketing (SEO, PPC, social, content, CRM/email) Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Desirable :



CIM qualification or similar Experience in the higher education or creative industries sector Understanding of the music industry and education landscape
