We are pleased to be recruiting for a Marketing Manager to join a growing business based in Chesham. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity to join a progressive, fast-paced company.

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to take the reins and continue to drive the marketing activity for the UK. This position will involve you leading key projects and marketing initiatives for the UK team as well as working closely with the Head of Marketing.

Previous marketing management experience is a must for this one as we need someone to come in and really hit the ground running!

This is a Monday to Friday position, hours are 9am to 5pm with a 1-hour lunch break. This company offer a number of fantastic benefits including a 4% bonus opportunity per quarter based on sales targets, 25 days holiday, free parking on site, excellent pension scheme plus many more. Please note occasional travel will also be required for this position, you will have the opportunity for both UK and international travel.

This position is paying up to \xc2\xa345K depending on candidates experience and is fully office-based in Chesham.

Duties include:

  • Reporting in to and supporting the Head of Marketing UK & Europe.
  • Work closely with the marketing and PR agencies to develop and execute plans.
  • Responsible for the UK product portfolio.
  • Responsible for overseeing all digital, trade and direct marketing activity for UK.
  • Liaising with the field sales team to manage all trade and sales support requirements.
  • Contribute to the Global Marketing team; sharing learnings, results and helping to optimise the brand\xe2\x80\x99s activities and results in other markets.
Candidate requirements:
  • At least 8 years of Marketing management experience across digital and traditional channels.
  • Excellent communication skills; verbal and written.
  • Great attention to detail and experience of proof-reading copy.
  • Strong end-to-end project management experience.
  • Experience of briefing and working with external agencies or third-party contractors.
  • Ability to prioritise multiple tasks and manage your own time efficiently and independently.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office package and at least one CRM system.
  • Full, clean driving license \xe2\x80\x93 travelling around UK required.
  • Passport and OK with flying.
  • Knowledge of WordPress and email development tools e.g. MailChimp.
  • Knowledge of InDesign, Illustrator and/or Canva.
