Marketing Manager

to lead their talented team and take their campaigns to the next level.

You'll lead and inspire the marketing function while staying hands-on with campaign strategy, execution, and optimisation across email, paid social, and Google--driving impact in a fast-paced, creative environment where marketing and sales work side by side to deliver real results.

What You'll Be Getting Stuck Into:

Driving a positive, ambitious marketing culture and empowering the team to do their best work Shaping and executing standout campaigns across digital channels with a focus on performance Partnering closely with Sales to boost lead generation and fuel revenue growth Tracking key metrics and reporting on what's working (and what's not), with clear ROI insights Bringing fresh thinking and creative spark to enhance brand visibility and marketing impact

You'll Fit Right In If You:

Have solid experience leading marketing efforts within media or advertising environments Combine strategic thinking with a hands-on approach to digital campaign delivery Are data-driven, commercially aware, and always looking to fine-tune performance Love collaborating, innovating, and stepping up to lead with confidence and creativity This isn't your average marketing role--it's your chance to help shape the voice and momentum of a bold, growing force in UK media.
