Marketing Manager

Dagenham, ENG, GB, United Kingdom

Job Description

About Us

At Arctech Innovation, we develop cutting-edge solutions at the intersection of science, technology, and health. From pioneering hardware/software products to specialised contract research services, our work spans three core verticals: pest control, animal health, and human health. We're a mission-driven team operating in a fast-paced environment, passionate about solving real-world problems with science-led innovation.

The Role

We're looking for a resourceful and strategic Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts across both contract service sales and our growing portfolio of products. You'll play a pivotal role in shaping how we generate leads, engage customers, and position our brand across key markets.

This role is ideal for someone who's hands-on, creative, and thrives in agile environments. You'll work closely with our sales, product, and leadership teams to run high-impact campaigns, with a strong focus on digital performance and continuous optimisation.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Campaigns

Design, run, and optimise multi-channel digital marketing campaigns to generate qualified leads. Manage paid ads across platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram with a focus on ROI. Collaborate with the sales team to test and iterate campaigns for maximum conversion.

CRM & Lead Management

Own the marketing-side management of our CRM. Set up and maintain automated workflows, segmentation strategies, and lead scoring. Work with sales to refine the funnel, track MQL to SQL progression, and ensure data integrity.

Brand & Content Coordination

Work with the Marketing Content Specialist to ensure consistent, high-quality brand messaging across all platforms. Support the development of marketing assets including landing pages, case studies, decks, and email campaigns.

Events & Conferences

Plan and support presence at trade shows, conferences, and occasional ArcTech-hosted events. Coordinate logistics, pre/post-event campaigns, and lead capture strategies.

Data & Optimisation

Track KPIs, report on campaign performance, and drive continuous improvement. Explore and integrate AI automation tools to enhance marketing efficiency.

About You

Proven experience in a marketing role with strong lead generation focus--preferably in a B2B or health/science-tech context with an emphasis on distributor models. A self-starter who's comfortable working in start-up environments with ambitious goals. Skilled in CRM management (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar), digital campaign tools, and automation workflows. Experienced in running paid ads across social and search platforms. Excellent cross-functional collaborator, particularly with sales and product teams. Strong analytical mindset, comfortable using data to inform strategy and optimise performance. Creative and pragmatic--able to balance experimentation with execution.

Nice to Have

Experience marketing hardware/software products in science, healthcare, or pest/disease detection sectors. Previous work in start-ups, scale-ups, or contract research organisations. Familiarity with AI tools for marketing automation and personalisation.

What We Offer

The chance to shape a growing marketing function and influence company strategy with very strong career progression potential. A dynamic, collaborative team environment. Flexible working with some travel to events and in-person collaboration sessions.
