Job Description

Our client is a prominent frozen food manufacturer specialising in authentic Asian cuisine. They are looking for a Marketing Manager to join their team and contribute to elevating their brand across the UK and Europe. You will drive the brand\'s growth through strategic planning and innovative campaigns across various platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Analyse market trends, product development, and competition.
• Develop and implement strategies for UK and EU market expansion.
• Create, assess, and execute campaigns within budget and timeline.
• Monitor brand performance through KPIs and ROI.
• Oversee content creation for press releases, print, and digital media.
• Organise product launches and promotional events.
• Lead packaging design and in-store marketing.
• Build relationships with stakeholders.
• Manage the marketing team and coordinate events.
• Address PR risks and develop contingency plans.

Requirements:

• Previous experience working as a Marketing Manager or in similar role
• Experience of 3 years\' in strategic marketing or brand management
• Proven skills in strategy, budget management, and market research.
• Excellent English and Chinese (Mandarin) communication and copywriting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
