Role

We are seeking an experienced and creative Marketing Manager to lead all marketing activities across the business. You will be responsible for driving brand awareness, generating high-quality leads, and supporting commercial goals through innovative and effective marketing strategies. You'll lead initiatives, manage campaigns/ events, and ensure all communications align with our brand identity and commercial objectives.

Duties

Gather videos and verbal case studies from existing customers whether that be a Council or owner occupier/ tenant

Keep our website/ blogs up to date with relevant content

Publish and design Brochures and leaflets

Manage all social media platforms such as LinkedIn and Facebook keeping up to date with relevant content

Gather action shots of work on site

Digital PR

Requirements and skills

Communication Skills

Proven experience in a marketing role

Strong leadership and collaboration skills

In-depth knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms E.G Facebook and LinkedIn

Excellent copywriting and editing skills, with an eye for visual content and brand storytelling..
