There is no competitor taking our approach and our vision is to be the go-to place for homeowners to start their journey to low carbon heating.As our Marketing Manager, you'll work directly with Becky, our Co-Founder and CEO, to drive Furbnow's growth by:Creating compelling content that helps homeowners understand their retrofit journeyBuilding our marketing foundation through effective website, email, and social channelsManaging our digital campaigns to reach and engage the right audienceEnsuring consistent, high-quality communication across all touchpointsMeasuring and improving our marketing performancexefxb8x8f What your new job will be:Content Strategy and ExecutionCreate compelling website copy that tells engages, builds trust and convertsDevelop blog content that educates and engages our audienceManage social media presence with consistent, valuable contentCreate ad copy and marketing assets that drive engagementProduce case studies that showcase customer success storiesWork closely with our designer to deliver high-quality visual contentCRM & Email MarketingBuild and improve Hubspot automation workflowsWrite effective email campaigns that nurture our marketing list and turns subscribers into customersEnsure all communications maintain our brand voice and messagingTrack and optimise email performanceDigital MarketingCoordinate paid advertising campaigns with our agencyMonitor performance across channels and optimise spendOwn analytics and reporting on marketing activitiesManage and allocate marketing budget effectivelyFurther Areas of InvolvementSupport our events program, including webinars and partner eventsWork with the CEO on B2B2C partnership initiativesCollaborate with our PR partnerHelp build our customer understanding via research alongside the Product ManagerWe're looking for someone who:Writes clear, compelling copy that resonates with homeownersIs comfortable with data and making decisions based on performanceCan manage multiple projects and prioritise while maintaining high qualityEnjoys working in a fast-paced startup environmentLooks to utilise AI to increase their impactIs comfortable making, owning and learning from mistakesHas a genuine passion for sustainability and helping homeowners decarbonise their homesQualificationsWe are looking for a smart, ambitious and entrepreneurial hustler based in London, Birmingham or remotely.

  • Ability to work across different verticals (a typical day may start with meetings with a large corporate to explore a B2B2C partnership and finish with a phone call to an insulation installer).
