We specialise in effortless elegance and refined everyday luxury, catering to women who value quality, confidence, and sophisticated style. Our collections are thoughtfully designed to blend timeless aesthetics with contemporary sensibilities.

We are currently seeking an experienced and bilingual (English & Mandarin) Marketing Manager to lead our integrated marketing initiatives across both digital platforms and our physical store. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of fashion marketing, social media landscapes, and influencer collaborations within both Western and Chinese markets.

Duties

Marketing Strategy & Campaigns

Create and implement marketing plans across online (social media, e-commerce) and offline (events, in-store promotions) channels. Drive brand awareness and sales through seasonal campaigns and market insights.

Social Media & Content

Manage content for Instagram, TikTok, RED (???), and WeChat. Maintain consistent brand voice and optimise engagement through data-driven strategies.

Influencer & Partnerships

Build relationships with UK & EU & Asian influencers and brand partners. Plan and manage collaborations to increase visibility and ROI.

Events & In-Store Promotions

Plan and execute engaging in-store events and pop-ups. Support promotional activities aligned with retail goals.

E-commerce & Website

Oversee website performance and user experience. Use traffic and sales data to refine digital marketing strategies.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Fashion, or a related field. Proven experience in a marketing management role or similar position. Fluency in both Mandarin and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team. Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and digital marketing tools. Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
