Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to join a rapidly growing brand within the property sector, this is truly an exciting time to join this company with some ambitious growth plans and new funding behind them! This is a newly formed role and as Marketing Manager, you will deliver the Marketing plan with a key focus on appealing to other innovative businesses to support the overall Marketing and Business objectives.

What you\'ll be doing

• Develop and execute Marketing plan on a local level with a focus on acquiring and retaining partnerships with inventive businesses.
• Produce marketing collateral across both print and digital with external support.
• Coordinate online & offline events and promote events in addition to creating digital marketing collateral and assisting with logistics. Feedback and share insights with internal teams.
• Copy and content creation for online & offline marketing assets including social media, blogs, case studies, social media.
• Assemble marketing reports on regular basis.
• Work with internal teams to identify relevant case studies for future content.
• Create paid ad campaigns through compelling copy, visual assets and market research.
• Develop and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.

Experience you\'ll need

• Experience in a similar B2B Marketing Manager position
• Proven Software and tools experience across CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce) and Content Scheduling (Hootsuite, FB Creator Studio)
• Proven ability to analyse data, create compelling copy and creative assets
