We are currently seeking a dynamic
Marketing Manager
to join our team on a
12 Month Fixed Term Contract.
As part of the HSBC marketing team our ultimate goal is to drive strength in HSBC's brand equity and contribute to customer growth and value. We open up a world of opportunity for our customers across International Wealth and Personal Banking.
The purpose of this role is to plan and deliver marketing campaigns locally across Channel Islands and Isle of Man, and international markets for HSBC Expat to support the growth of our business.
In this role, you will:
Work closely with business teams, supporting brief develop and gaining their support and buy-in on planned initiatives
Execute marketing projects to time, budget and quality to achieve the desired outcomes and measure performance against target
Build and maintain strong and effective working relationships with external agencies/suppliers
Focus on performance, using data and insight to inform and shape marketing strategy
Take a proactive approach to mitigating risk in line with marketing approval processes
To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:
A proven marketing campaign background is essential with knowledge of the full marketing mix, specifically digital marketing being paramount
Demonstrate Customer Centricity by thinking and acting beyond product sales with the ability to prioritise and work effectively within a fast-paced environment
Adopt and champion the agile ways of working in marketing and participate in business working group and run campaign sprint calls.
Display a proven ability to be a self-starter with energy and drive in a challenging and dynamic environment, ability to present creative ideas well to gain buy-in through communicating new concepts and ideas.
Strong stakeholder management skills and able to demonstrate and champion a speak-up culture by challenging actions and behaviours that are not consistent with HSBC's policies and/or the best interests of the business and its customers.
