We are hiring a Marketing Manager to cover maternity leave for 12 months. This person will cover a range of activities to support the company and the commercial team's objectives, including elevating our brand, delivering highly effective commercial events, and helping with marketing operations, lead-generation activities, and social/digital campaigns. You will be comfortable working across the marketing mix and with colleagues across marketing and beyond.
Duties
Work closely with marketing and commercial colleagues to plan and execute digital marketing campaigns through paid social media, email, website, and partner channels.
Plan, organise, and deliver a range of small commercial events. These are typically dinner or cocktail events held alongside larger industry events.
Oversee and optimise our marketing operations, including CRM management, list health and organisation, and target coordination with our business development and commercial teams.
Work with our designer to support the production of materials such as event and social graphics, sales collateral, and website content.
Identify opportunities to elevate our brand and drive leads through ad hoc initiatives such as events, partners, and digital activities.
Measure and optimise our lead generation marketing activities in marketing analytics reports.
You will be comfortable creating simple design assets using Figma from pre-prepared templates.
You have experience in HubSpot, LinkedIn's advertising platform, and Salesforce.

Requirements
Essential
You understand the concepts and principles underpinning cloud-native software, which will help drive great marketing content and activities.
You will have led and delivered on successful digital campaigns, bringing expertise in structuring these campaigns to drive tangible, high-quality leads into an organisation.
You are confident in building and delivering effective events, such as small roundtables, focusing on client ambassadorship and lead generation.
You can speak another European language at a business level, such as French, Spanish, or German.
