Job Summary and key responsibilities
A Marketing Executive with experience in a B2B marketing role within a service industry and excellent organisational skills, working in a dynamic marketing department to support the company and help achieve initiatives throughout the marketing mix. This hugely varied role working with an award-winning team gives broad exposure to all elements of the marketing mix.
Working closely with the Marketing Manager, marketing team and marketing agencies to ensure balanced on and offline coverage for campaigns and messages. A high level of attention to detail and excellent communication skills are required in the role. As well as being someone who can be relied upon, is always willing to roll their sleeves up and get stuck in and is able to work on their own initiative, with a fast-moving team.
The role will include developing and executing strategic marketing plans to drive business growth, generate leads and enhance awareness in the B2B sector. The Marketing Executive will support the Marketing Manager in driving brand and tactical campaigns, creating and optimising automated eCRM communications, preparing and analysing marketing statistics, responding to marketing requests from across the LRG B2B divisions and helping to maximise opportunities on LinkedIn.
Key Responsibilities:
Work on multiple B2B brands across the group
Implement effective lead generation tactics, including nurturing campaigns, to drive qualified leads to the B2B divisions
Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to develop and implement comprehensive B2B marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
Help achieve agreed business targets within budget
Ensure quality and consistency of material leaving the department, with a keen eye on the differences between brands and protecting each brand look
Plan, execute, and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email marketing, content marketing, social media, SEO/SEM, and PPC.
Assist with the creation, review, and optimisation of automated eCRM customer journeys (SMS, email, messaging apps) using HubSpot
Work with an agency to create best in class eCRM communications to engage with customers to achieve the objective
Manage small projects across the company and work with our agency partners
Tracking & reporting on campaign results
Implementing tactical campaigns at short notice
Working with suppliers to ensure quality of orders and delivery timescales are met
Looking for new approaches and solutions. Raising ideas with the team and then helping see them through
Helping ensure the branches / stakeholders have all the tools they need to be able to market themselves effectively
Helping to develop high-quality, relevant content tailored to the B2B audience, such as whitepapers, case studies, blog posts, webinars, and eBooks.
Supporting the marketing department with any requests or marketing initiatives
What are we looking for:
Creative problem solver, self-motivated and enthusiastic approach to achieving objectives
Project management skills, being able to work on multiple projects simultaneously, methodical, and organised, ability to prioritise tasks and projects
Numerate and commercially aware - knowledge of budgets/KPIs/targets
Team player, able to work with multiple business functions to achieve objectives
Proactive & passionate approach to work, able to work within
Good eye for design and meticulous attention to detail
Desirable but not essential:
Experience using Canva or similar systems to produce creatives
Experience creating email communications and understanding how they fit within the customer journey
Experience in the property market or with property services
Experience creating content for social media channels
Two years' experience in marketing
Marketing degree or CIM
