As a Marketing Executive, your key responsibilities will include:

Assisting in the planning and execution of campaigns across Email Marketing, Social Media, SEO, and PPC.

Working collaboratively to create engaging marketing materials including flyers, emails, website content, and social posts, using industry-leading tools and platforms.

Growing and maintaining strong SEO performance, including optimisation of new and existing products, landing pages and other web content.

Conduct market research and analyse trends to identify new marketing opportunities.

Monitor campaign performance

, analyse results using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads and Google Ads to suggest data-driven improvements.

Brainstorming fresh ideas to push boundaries - no idea is a bad idea here!

Providing day-to-day support for the Marketing Supervisor, and collaborating with internal teams, partners, and suppliers.

Handle marketing admin tasks such as scheduling posts, updating content calendars, organising assets, and making sure deadlines are met.

Skills and experience required:

Ideally 3 years or more of experience in a marketing executive, marketing assistant or digital marketer role.

Strong understanding of SEO and how to drive improvement through data.

Experience with key social platforms: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, paid advertising on these platforms is preferred.

A background in, or passion for eCommerce is highly desirable.

Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Creative, curious, and confident in sharing ideas.

Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms

Skilled in digital tools (bonus points for email platforms, CMSs, and ad platforms).

Open-minded and enthusiastic about exploring the potential of AI tools and emerging technologies.

Organised, self-motivated and strong attention to detail.

Proficient user of Office 365, including MS Word, MS Teams and MS Excel.

5 GCSEs required including English & Maths at grades A*-C (4-9) or equivalent, with Marketing related qualifications preferred.

A full UK driving licence is required.

Full time working hours are 37.5 hours per week (8:30am - 5:00pm, Monday to Friday. (1 hour unpaid lunch break)
