We're seeking a talented and driven
Marketing Executive
to join our team and play a key role in boosting brand awareness and sales across all our leisure sites. Based at the Kingfisher Leisure Centre in Sudbury, you'll be at the heart of our mission to promote active lifestyles and community wellbeing.
About the Role:
Reporting to the Brand and Proposition Manager, you'll be responsible for:
Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, print, and email.
Manage social media channels, engaging audiences and building strong online communities.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
Create compelling marketing materials, including website content, brochures, flyers, and video content.
Collaborate with internal teams, including operations and customer service, to ensure seamless campaign delivery.
Track and analyse campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights to inform future strategies.
Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and technologies.
Location:
Kingfisher Leisure Centre, Sudbury. (Hybrid working)
Hours:
37 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
Salary:
Starting at 24,561.96 per annum, negotiable depending on experience.
What We're Looking For:
You'll be a self-driven and disciplined individual with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. You'll be a strategic planner and creative thinker, capable of managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Essential Experience & Qualifications:
A degree in Marketing, Business, or Digital Marketing.
Proven experience in delivering successful marketing campaigns.
Experience managing social media platforms.
Experience conducting market research.
Experience creating promotional materials.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in the leisure or fitness industry.
Experience with digital marketing tools and analytics.
