Marketing Executive

to join our on-site team and play a key role in delivering our festive marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities



Develop, execute, and manage digital campaigns across platforms including

Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping)

, Meta, and other PPC networks Collaborate closely with our

external marketing agency

to align strategies, manage campaign performance, and ensure smooth execution Work directly with the

social media team

to build a forward-thinking content calendar and advise on the creation of video and visual content for key promotions Lead email marketing campaigns, customer segmentation, and seasonal content schedules Analyse and report on campaign performance, providing insights to improve ROI and customer engagement Oversee the creation of marketing assets by briefing design teams and ensuring consistent brand messaging Coordinate and support the rollout of seasonal promotions, both online and in-store Monitor and optimise website performance, traffic, and conversion metrics using analytics tools Support the development and implementation of

A/B testing

strategies to optimise content and campaign effectiveness

Requirements



Minimum 3 years of hands-on marketing experience

, ideally within luxury retail, e-commerce, or seasonal products Proven experience managing

large marketing budgets (250k+)

with clear evidence of ROI Demonstrable expertise in running

Google Ads

and other paid digital channels Solid understanding of SEO, email marketing tools

such as Klaviyo

, CRM systems, and Google Analytics Strong project management and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across internal teams and external partners Highly organised, adaptable, and detail-oriented A good understanding of

customer cohorts and lifecycle marketing

to support more targeted, effective campaign strategies Experience with

A/B testing

and a strong grasp of

how digital assets are developed and used

across various marketing channels
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 28,000.00-32,000.00 per year
