Overview

We are a specialist builders merchant, dealing in various types of claddings and roofline products, such as James Hardie cladding and UPVC products. This is a new role within the company, and you'll have the opportunity to really make it your own.

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies that enhance our brand presence and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of B2B marketing, SEO practices, and digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads. You will work closely with various departments to ensure cohesive messaging and successful project execution.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans that align with business objectives. Manage the company's website using WooCommerce, ensuring content is up-to-date and optimised for SEO. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Create engaging content for various channels including social media, email campaigns, and promotional materials. Collaborate with the sales team to design B2B marketing initiatives that drive lead generation. Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics to assess effectiveness and make data-driven decisions. Organise and coordinate marketing projects from inception to completion, ensuring deadlines are met. Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners to facilitate project success.

Experience

Proven experience in a marketing role, preferably within a B2B environment. Strong knowledge of SEO principles and best practices. Familiarity with Google Ads and other digital marketing tools. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficient in IT skills, particularly in using WooCommerce for website management. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey ideas and collaborate with teams. Experience in project management is highly desirable.
