The opportunity ?
As a Marketing Executive within our Brand and Marketing team, you'll create engaging campaigns across a range of media and partnerships which engage members to collect Avios and open a world of Remarkable Rewards for all. You'll have a varied role covering campaign planning and delivery, measuring campaign effectiveness as well developing test and learn strategies to optimise future activity. You'll get the opportunity to work with key partners across our Retail, Travel and Leisure portfolio.
What you'll get up to
Campaign Planning: Play your part in creating campaign plans that deliver the right message to the right audience in the right channel at the right time. Such plans should deliver against partner and IAG Loyalty objectives and KPIs and deliver increasing revenues to the wider group.
Campaign Delivery: Working as part of a team but with definite ownerships and accountabilities, deliver compelling multi-channel direct campaigns and communications for British Airways and Aer Lingus non air partners within the Retail, Travel and Leisure vertical. Includes briefing through concept development and creative, artwork, production and media buying. Effectively manage internal stakeholders, partners and external agencies to ensure campaigns are managed on brief, on time and on budget. Ensure alignment to airline and partner guidelines.
Campaign Targets and Measurement: With the Team Lead, ensure campaign targets are in place. In line with Marketing Transformation objectives, and agree and deliver any test initiatives. Agree with data any additional post campaign analytical insight required such as A/B testing, attribution, audience movements.
Test and Learn: Be curious about test and learn implementation and strategies so you can help design engaging campaigns. You'll work closely with the Transformation Team to understand latest Martech tools and methodologies that can be utilised for campaigns.
What we need from you Ideally have previous marketing experience, particularly in travel or loyalty sectors.
You have strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret marketing performance data and use insights to optimise future campaigns
You'll have some experience across different marketing channels, including email, digital and offline, understanding the purpose and strategy of each media mix
You have excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal teams (data, product, commercial) and external partners e.g. agencies
