This is an excellent opportunity for a marketing executive to join PA's Global Marketing Team, recognised for delivering award-winning campaigns that grow our brand, build client relationships, and drive revenue growth.


Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager for our Defence & Security sector, you will work closely with our internal content, PR, brand, digital, and design teams to deliver campaigns and initiatives targeting the full breadth of the UK public sector, including local government, Justice and Home Affairs, Higher Education and the Ministry of Defence.

About you




The successful candidate will have a track record of supporting the delivery of integrated marketing campaigns. This role requires you to work collaboratively with both business and marketing stakeholders to develop and deliver marketing activity while embedding best practice. You should be adaptable and able to work on a diverse range of projects, from brand activities and events to tactical marketing automation and social media campaigns.


Strong communication skills and the confidence to work alongside stakeholders at all levels both within and outside the organisation are key.

Responsibilities



Campaign delivery

- work with marketing colleagues to deliver campaigns that grow the PA brand, build client relationships, and drive revenue growth.

Digital promotions

- collaborate with digital marketing specialists to support digital promotion, maintaining and creating sector web pages, Marketo email journeys, paid advertising campaigns, email newsletters, and webinars.

Content development

- work with subject matter experts to develop and promote content and thought leadership.

Social media management

- write and publish social media content using our social platforms

Event delivery

- support the coordination and delivery of client events (both owned and sponsored).

CRM

- proactively support the capture and tracking of client contact information and help grow the contact database.

Operational admin

- contribute to and participate in wider marketing deliverables and initiatives as required.


Qualifications



Minimum of 2 years' experience, including digital and social media, content, event delivery, email marketing, etc. A well-rounded, generalist marketer who is comfortable in a hands-on delivery of marketing tactics role Strong attention to detail and excellent written communication skills. A self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. A team player who can successfully build strong working relationships. A positive attitude, a passion for marketing, and a desire to learn. A curious mindset, looking to build sector knowledge in the UK public sector and defence is preferable.
