Rohan is one of the leading outdoor clothing brands in the UK with over 50 retail stores across the country. Our content is curated to express the detail and technology that goes into our products, that are suitable for outdoor and city adventures alike, it is then shared with new and existing customers through multi-channel activity.

We are looking for a Marketing Executive to play a valuable part within the team and help deliver engaging content, reporting directly to the Head of Brand.

Who are we looking for?

With a focus on all marketing activities, this role has a strong focus on copywriting for multiple channels supporting the Content Marketing Executive to ensure that all Rohan and third Party copy is curated to a high level following the Rohan copy style guide. The campaign management and donation logistics of our Gift Your Gear initiative also forms part of this role, ensuring that the annual campaign is accurately represented, especially in retail. You\'ll need to ensure beneficiary relationships are formed and maintained and that clothing donations are made in a timely manner.

• Marketing qualification preferable
• At least 1-year experience of working within a marketing consumer brand.
• Strong attention to detail
• To be proficient in PowerPoint, Word & Excel.
• Communication Skills - Fluent English, written and spoken.
• Accurate record keeping and reporting.
• Copywriting experience essential, with an understanding of SEO copywriting
• A clear understanding of FTP and other document transfer technologies.
• Understanding of brand communications, content strategy and TOV
• A passion for the outdoors and travel.
• Be prepared to travel to agency meetings, retail stores and events if required.

• Multi-channel copy writing, including long and short form copy suitable for Retail and all digital channels.
• Support with content strategy and planning
• Direct Mail production support
• Support with print strategy to meet budgetary requirements.
• Campaign management and donation logistics of our Gift Your Gear Initiative
• Social media post curation, scheduling, and performance tracking
• Support with external agency project production
• Work with new and established partnerships, to gather third party editorial content suitable for Rohan marketing channels.
• Local marketing - support with local and regional opportunities to tie in with our stores throughout the UK.
• Support in all areas of Marketing as required.
