Joining us on a 12-month maternity cover contract, as our
Marketing Executive
, you'll support the planning and delivery of product campaigns, build buzz on social, and create engaging content that connects with our audiences. You'll be part of a collaborative team that loves insight, creativity, and making a real impact.

Corby, Northants - hybrid working (Mondays and Tuesday at our Corby HQ)

What will I be doing?
You'll be supporting the marketing team to develop and implement marketing plans which includes management and delivery of our organic social plans. You'll bring a creative spark, inputting into ideation, through to drafting copy and creating reels to delivering briefs to our design team.
Working knowledge of Hootsuite is highly desirable as you'll use the platform to manage our Facebook and Instagram channels, along with utilising its analytics capability to track measurable ROI.
It's not just all about social though, as you'll provide generalist marketing support across our marketing team, helping you to expand your knowledge across product launches, customer assets, and leveraging content for multiple channels.
Am I the right person for this job?
You'll bring excellent organisation skills and the ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally at all levels. You'll have some previous generalist marketing experience (website, events, product, social) that you've gained either from an in-house team or with an agency. We want you to bring credible ideas that we can translate into campaign material, so bring you copywriting ability with you too.
You'll also bring; An analytical mindset with natural problem-solving skills
A pro-active approach
Working knowledge of CMS (Content Management Systems) and CRM
