Living Rooms, The Hotel Alternative, is a family-run business that combines the comfort of home with the services of a boutique hotel. We operate multiple Luxury serviced Apartments and a Luxury boutique hotel in Notting Hill - The Laslett Hotel.

We're now looking for an exceptional

Marketing Executive

to join our hotel and apartment team, to help grow Living Rooms as a leader in the luxury high end hospitality.

The Job



MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES



Support the Marketing Manager, Living Rooms Director, and General Managers with day-to-day marketing activities Assist in organising and delivering marketing campaigns and occasional events for the Living Rooms collection and its Spa and F&B outlets Help maintain and update marketing materials and digital listings to ensure accuracy and consistency Assist in preparing and distributing press packs, images and brand assets for PR and media requests Draft copy for promotional content, blog entries, and guest communications Support the sales team in updating brochures, presentations, and other collateral General administrative duties such as document prep, filing and managing marketing folders Keep internal image libraries and asset folders organised and up to date Assist in coordinating photography or filming taking place across the properties Help the team keep an eye on relevant London events, cultural moments, and opportunities for brand alignment or partnerships

About you



Strong organisational skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines A keen eye for detail Highly motivated, proactive, and adaptable to the needs of a fast-paced business A genuine interest in marketing within the luxury hospitality and lifestyle sector A good knowledge of London - aware of current cultural, food, design, and fashion trends; someone who has their finger on the pulse and a sense of what's cool and current A positive attitude and willingness to learn and develop within the role

Desirable:



Experience using content management systems (CMS) Familiarity with basic database or CRM management Familiarity with Canva Previous experience in the boutique hotel space
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 30,000.00 per year

Schedule:

Monday to Friday
Work Location: In person
