Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Marketing Executive to join our Specialty team in London. This role is pivotal in supporting our Senior Marketing Managers to achieve outstanding commercial results through strategic marketing initiatives. The Marketing Executive will be instrumental in distinguishing the Gallagher brand, driving thought-leadership campaigns, and enhancing client experiences to foster retention and advocacy.

How you'll make an impact

Develop and implement marketing plans aligned with business goals. Execute strategies with agencies, media, and suppliers. Ensure timely delivery and evaluation of marketing plans. Identify and test new marketing opportunities. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities. Build relationships within Gallagher and collaborate with Sales and Communication teams. Use project management tools for efficient delivery. Stay informed on regulatory changes and ensure compliance. Champion Gallagher's brand guidelines.

About You

Experience within s marketing executive role, ideally in financial services or an agency setting. Proven ability to execute social media and email marketing campaigns. Experience managing end-to-end marketing projects and stakeholder relationships. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of engaging at all levels. Detail-oriented with excellent planning and risk management skills.
Degree or equivalent is desirable.

Must have the right to work in the UK.
