With a global team across seven FDM locations, our roles span creative, digital, technology and more traditional marketing skillsets; which at FDM we call the Central Marketing Team.This role is to work within that UK Central Marketing Team consisting of 5 team members. You'll report to the Marketing Manager and work alongside two Marketing Executives, all reporting into the Regional Marketing Manager, UK & Ireland.This is an exciting role, promising great variety as you work across both B2B and B2C marketing. You'll focus on delivering marketing campaigns aimed at brand positioning and awareness, lead generation and nurture, website development, recruitment and sales collateral and content curation/creation. You won't get bored.You will be developing and executing B2B and B2C marketing campaigns with the UK Marketing Manager and the wider team, working closely with subject matter experts and playing a key role in supporting the delivery of the marketing strategy.Some of your exciting, everyday opportunities to shine will include:
Email marketing: Manage the nurturing of leads from campaign and events, or that enquire through digital channels, through Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement tool.
Media partner campaign management: Our partnerships are already in place, but each has a varying media pack and calendar of initiatives to activate against and implement.
Events: Both internally at FDM centres and externally at universities, schools and expos, you'll be responsible for implementing everything from kit and stand logistics to collateral and lead generation mechanics.
PR, social and paid media: Work closely with the global digital team to develop content and campaigns that help drive awareness of our career programmes and employer brand.
Creative project management: Manage creative projects using monday.com, including writing and delivering briefs to our creative studio team in-house.
FDM Alumni Network: Lead the ongoing community management across email, social and website updates, in partnership with the alumni team.
