Are you a creative and driven Marketing professional who is looking to be part of a forward thinking team within a leading boutique property specialist in prime central London?
My client is seeking an experienced and design led Marketing Executive to join their team. As the Marketing Executive you will be responsible for the full 360 marketing mix, from email campaigns, to creating brochures and adverts for new property launches, to branding and events.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the development and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Manage the creation and delivery of marketing collateral and sales tools.
- Oversee creative agencies, photographers, and printers to produce high-quality event collateral and advertising materials.
- Analyse campaign performance, evaluate KPIs, and optimise strategies to enhance ROI.
- Degree in Marketing or equivalent qualifications/experience.
- 2 yrs + working within the Real Estate industry.
- Strong design skills, with knowledge in Adobe suite, canva etc..
- Experience in planning and executing multi-channel campaigns and creating compelling marketing materials.
- Highly organised, self-motivated, and capable of delivering results under pressure.
