We\'re recruiting for a Marketing Executive to join an International Company, working closely with their UK office in Hemel Hempstead.

This is a fantastic company and although they have international offices, still have a small local feel, due to the size and nature of the business this role will be a very involved position, requiring an all-rounder that doesn\'t mind getting involved in everything. There is a lot of room for ownership here, making your own stamp on everything and large projects including a website makeover to get into.

This would be an ideal position for a Marketing Executive role, used to working within SME\'s with a couple years experience.

Please note, you need to be able to self-manage as the majority of the marketing team are based in the international HQ and you\xe2\x80\x99ll be based in their Hemel Hempstead offices with the remainder of the team.

This role will be based in Hemel Hempstead, as a standard they work 4 days in the office and 1 day remote based, although for the right candidate we would also look at someone looking to work only 4 full time days a week.

Salary for this role is dependent on experience and will be between \xc2\xa325k to \xc2\xa333k

Some of the duties will include:

  • To promote the companies range of services and products by developing and executing a clear marketing plan
  • Create leads for the sales team using a variety of mediums from email campaigns and newsletters to trade shows and supporting on tenders
  • Raising brand awareness
  • Main point of contact for marketing suppliers and managing the marketing budget
  • Proposing updates on the company website and engaging with their web team and marketing agency to work on projects with distributors to assist them to promote products
  • Identify and organise tradeshows
  • Create case studies
  • Detailed reporting on monthly activity
The suitable candidate:
  • Ability to succesfuly market B2B products or solutions
  • Can design marketing and sales materials
  • Able to manage suppliers and agencies
  • Worked on changing and improving a website
  • Can work flexibly, both independently and in a team
  • Experience in generating and passing on leads
  • Good standard of literacy
