Marketing Executive

Full-time | Year-Round

We are looking for an enthusiastic and creative marketer to capture the essence of life at Finborough School. The main aim of this role is to communicate key messages through a dynamic and engaging marketing programme. In this role, you will support schools in delivering their marketing strategy. You will assist with day-to-day marketing activities, content creation and administrative tasks to help enhance the school's reputation and engagement with key audiences. The successful candidate will be a creative thinker who understands social media and enjoys writing content. They will be part of a busy school and will need to be adaptable and have excellent inter-personal skills as well as having a keenness to deliver excellence, and recognise the importance of attention to detail, along with first-class literacy and communication skills.

This is a year--round post that reports to the Head and will have a dotted line to the Forfar Education HQ Marketing team.

Main Responsibilities:

Promote key messages through 'story-telling' and write engaging copy for different audiences and channels.

Content generation.

Manage social media posts and editorial content in line with the agreed content plan.

Assist the Admissions Manager with events.

Review and update website.

Write creative briefs for design of collateral.

Support schools with photography and film where required.

Consistently implement the Company's brand guidelines and key selling messages

Proactively identify and respond to opportunities that raise the school and Nurseries profile within the local community.

Undertake research as required.

Manage stocks of promotional items and brochures.

Attend regulatory training, for example Safeguarding, Health and Safety, Compliance.

Support with database management, for example Alumni.

Share best practice with colleagues across Forfar schools.
