The Role:
A key role in helping grow the business through effective brand and campaign management across all departments, clients and design and marketing partners.
Reporting to the Managing Director and Head of Operations and working with the Management Team to maximise income and profit and to grow the company\'s market share.
The role will typically involve a great deal of online and digital marketing work. As such, the Marketing Co-ordinator will need to look at, alongside the SEO Consultant, analytics and come up with appropriate courses of action, produce written and multimedia content and manage pay-per-click (PPC) and programmatic advertising. As such, having a familiarity with and knowledge of digital and online marketing methods is beneficial.
Duties & Responsibilities
\xef\xbf\xbd Assist in the planning and execution of campaign strategies across the business
\xef\xbf\xbd Managing the firm\'s social media presence by creating, scheduling, and publishing posts across all social media platforms
\xef\xbf\xbd Measure the performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of analytical tools (Google Analytics, Zoho Social, etc.)
\xef\xbf\xbd Working alongside our Design Agency to produce strong marketing campaigns which can be reflected across platforms and consistently monitoring performance
\xef\xbf\xbd Design and implement direct email marketing campaigns
\xef\xbf\xbd Create pitch documents and campaigns for New Homes developers in conjunction with design agency
\xef\xbf\xbd Understand brand guidelines and consistently implement the brand voice across all channels and marketing materials
\xef\xbf\xbd Manage internal marketing requests
\xef\xbf\xbd Management of website & microsites, ensuring web content is current and up-to-date and that all information is accurate and reflective of key marketing messages
Promote Google Reviews internally and externally
\xef\xbf\xbd Create canvassing material
\xef\xbf\xbd Promoting the business in the Community/Sponsorship across social media platforms
\xef\xbf\xbd Provide content for print media
\xef\xbf\xbd Assist in the creation and delivery of company magazine working closely with publishing house
\xef\xbf\xbd Creation and management of a company Intranet
\xef\xbf\xbd Organisation of any receptions/events
\xef\xbf\xbd Any other duties as determined by the Managing Director, Head of Operations and Head of New Homes
The Candidate:
2-3 years\' experience working as a Marketing Assistant
Excellent communication and literary skills
Creative and forward thinking
Passionate and highly driven to achieve
Education to A level or preferably Degree level
Experience of producing marketing campaigns
Experience of utilising CRM highly advantageous
Experience of online marketing communications techniques
