What You'll Be Doing:

You'll play a key role in bringing marketing activity to life across multiple brands and locations. This includes:


Owning the execution of campaigns across digital, social, in-store and out-of-home. Running targeted activity that generates leads. Planning and managing test drive events and showroom activations with energy and precision. Leading influencer partnerships - identifying talent, shaping content, and building long-term brand advocacy. Supporting the delivery of live broadcasts - working with our presenter to plan, coordinate and amplify engaging branded content. Supporting paid media execution alongside our in-house specialists. Shaping and delivering hero video content - working with our content creator to produce engaging, high-quality films for YouTube, Meta and TikTok. Creating and managing social content calendars with pace and purpose - especially on channels like Meta, TikTok and YouTube. Monitoring website performance and contributing to improved conversion across landing pages, offers and lead forms. Coordinating with internal teams, dealership staff and external partners to ensure nothing slips through the cracks. Taking direction, managing deadlines, and owning delivery - from campaign launch to wrap-up reporting. Managing the day-to-day relationship with our manufacturer partners - owning the presentation of marketing plans, results and ideas.

Team & Structure:

You'll report to the Group Marketing Director and work as part of a centralised, in-house marketing team - with expertise across social media, video production, graphic design, paid digital, and photography. You'll collaborate closely with our content creators, performance specialists, and dealership stakeholders to bring plans to life across all brands and locations. You'll also be the key marketing point of contact for our OEM partners, representing Peoples in planning and performance conversations with Ford, BYD and OMODA|JAECOO.



You won't be micromanaged -- but you will be expected to deliver.

What You'll Need:

The ability to take a plan and run with it - with energy, accuracy, and urgency. A strong sense of ownership - if something goes live, you've got your name on it. Enough marketing experience to work across digital, social, events, and content confidently. Resilience, self-motivation, and a mindset that thrives under pressure. Great communication skills - you'll be working closely with stakeholders at all levels. A proactive attitude - if you see something that could be better, you take action. A sharp eye for quality and a bias for pace.

This isn't a Monday to Friday, nine-to-five role - and we don't pretend it is. We work hard because we care about what we do, and we show up when it counts: early mornings, the occasional late finish, or a weekend event if that's what it takes to get the job done.



That said, we believe flexibility goes both ways. We'll make sure you get time back when it matters most. We trust our team to manage their time like pros.
