Key Responsibilities:

- Design and execute email campaigns, ensuring alignment with client objectives and industry best practices.

- Develop comprehensive email marketing strategies to drive engagement, conversions, and brand awareness.

- Conduct continuous analysis and optimization of email campaigns to enhance performance and deliver measurable results.

- Collaborate with the content team to create compelling blog posts and articles that resonate with target audiences and align with SEO goals.

- Implement Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) techniques to enhance website performance and maximize conversion rates.

- Provide graphic design support for various digital assets, including email templates, social media graphics, and website visuals.

- Assist in content creation and support across multiple channels, ensuring consistency in messaging and brand voice.

- Liaise with clients to understand their organic marketing needs and objectives, providing regular updates and maintaining effective communication channels.

Requirements:

Minimum of two years experience needed

- Proven experience in developing and executing successful email marketing campaigns.

- Strong understanding of Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) principles and techniques.

- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content.

- Familiarity with organic marketing strategies, including content marketing, SEO, and social media.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting tight deadlines.

- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
