PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVE OF THE JOB:




We're now looking for a driven, creative, and wildly organised Marketing Executive to join the team behind one of our most exciting event portfolios - the Care Show.


Care Show London and Care Show Birmingham are the UK's largest events for the social care sector, uniting thousands of care professionals, providers, and suppliers for two energetic days packed with inspiration, innovation, and real-world solutions. These events are growing fast, and so is their engaged, supportive community.


In this role, you'll help shape and deliver powerful marketing campaigns that bring these events to life, grow their audiences, and amplify their impact. THE ROLE:



To execute the marketing campaigns To write marketing copy and create marketing materials To ensure all messaging and design aligns with the business plan and brand guidelines To liaise with the data team to ensure GDPR compliance To support the sales team with promotional materials and sponsor deliverables To take responsibility for ensuring marketing tasks and activities are completed on time and that marketing trackers are up to date To ensure all internal procedures are adhered to To liaise with the operations team to ensure smooth execution of events To ensure social media activity is executed for maximum exposure and engagement To liaise with sector-relevant partners and associations To develop relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders, to maximise revenue To ensure a high level of care and customer satisfaction is always delivered To ensure all targets and deadlines are met and exceeded To update, nurture and grow the company databases To undertake any other duties as reasonably requested

ABOUT YOU:



Excellent copywriting skills Ability to produce creative and well-thought-out marketing plans Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver on time Good IT skills. You will be using HubSpot for marketing, sales, and customer service software, and other tools like Canva, Gleanin and more Commercial acumen to develop sales-led marketing initiatives Ambition to develop your marketing career Strong understanding of social media and creating engaging content, whether that is copy, graphics or video Great eye for design and understanding how to make a visual impact across different marketing channels Get on well with people from all walks of life (and the ability to network and make new friends quickly) Hold grace under pressure Good attention to detail Flexibility to accommodate extended working hours as needed around key show times A fabulous sense of humour

EXPERIENCE




We are searching for a graduate calibre. You will probably have at least 1-2 years of marketing experience at an assistant level or above. We particularly want to see evidence of contributing to the development of marketing plans. Experience of marketing events is an advantage but not a pre-requisite, especially for candidates with experience in the fields in which we run our events.
