FFT is a not-for-profit organisation established in 2001 as part of the Fischer Family Trust. Our mission is to provide expert data and literacy tools to schools worldwide, supporting educators from nursery through to secondary education. We believe in the power of informed decision-making and utilising data to inspire learning and improve student outcomes.



In recent years FFT have also moved into the literacy space, developing several literacy programmes to further support schools from early years through to Key Stage 3. As well as expanding our product range we have also expanded our markets, offering our range of products to international schools across the globe.

The opportunity


Our dynamic company is looking for a Marketing Executive to join our team to deliver marketing campaigns to schools across the globe promoting our growing product portfolio.

As a Marketing Executive, youll work with the Marketing Team to develop and deliver marketing campaigns throughout the customer journey. Your workload will be varied: from writing email campaigns to promoting FFTs presence at events - it's a fast-paced role which often requires you to work independently. You'll make decisions based on insight but have the creative ability to translate data into compelling collateral.





The role


The role will be varied and challenging, working with colleagues within the marketing team and across the business. Key responsibilities will include:Help devise and deliver innovative marketing campaigns Organise and promote FFTs presence at events in the UK and worldwide Communicate effectively with target audiences Create digital content, including emails, web, case studies, videos and blog posts Write clear, factual material and persuasive marketing copy, and proofread copy for both online and print campaign Maintain and develop FFTs social media channels (e.g. Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn) to enhance audience engagement and conversion Analyse, monitor and track marketing campaign data Work with our CRM (Salesforce) data to target customers, set-up automated routines and improve the effectiveness of campaigns Establish good relationships with colleagues and potential customers

Essential experienceDigital marketing experience (minimum 2 years) Experience of creating compelling content Experience of delivering successful marketing campaigns Experience of reporting on campaigns to key stakeholders

Hours of work


This is a full time position, 34 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with Friday being a shorter working day.

Salary


The salary range for this role is 28,000 - 34,000 per annum, depending upon experience. In addition to the base salary you will also receive a generous benefits package, see the Perks section below for further details.

Location
Hybrid working from our office in Cowbridge (South Wales)You may be required on occasion to travel to our London based office to attend meetings, training and other office-based events, with reasonable prior notice. Expenses for travelling to the London office on these occasions are able to be claimed back.
