The launch of The World\'s 50 Best Hotels in 2023 is the next step in the brand becoming the ultimate curator of the whole consumer experience - from travel and hotels to dining and drinking.
We have offices in Gatwick and London, UK; Montpellier, France; Singapore and Chicago, US. In line with the Company\'s current Agile Working Policy, the successful candidate would be eligible to work part of the week from our Crawley office and to work remotely for the rest of the week.
Position
This exciting role will have you supporting the marketing manager in delivering effective promotional communication for the Worlds 50 Best brand!
What you\xe2\x80\x99ll be doing as our Marketing Executive
o Support marketing manager in coordinating with external marketing and PR teams around consumer events
o Support the monitoring of brand usage
o Coordination with central teams for campaign execution
o Contribute ideas and participate in conceptualising content and strategies
o Provide project support to various marketing activities
o Support the preparation and distribution of marketing guidelines, toolkits and materials
o Implement brand standards across the board
Campaign execution:
o Copywrite promotional materials: emails, letters, web pages and banners
o Proofread and fact check materials
o Ensure the measurability and scheduling of activities
o Draft briefs for email marketing campaigns, videos and promotional materials
o Ensure all campaigns are conducted cost efficiently with the best results possible
o Brief relevant parties on the marketing pack and tools available
Data and results:
o Collect and collate marketing activities results from the various platforms, producing reports.
o Collect and organise survey results
o Conduct research on competing events/brands for B2B and B2C markets
o Collect and collate relevant industry reports relevant to the brand
o Compile post-event impact reports
Requirements
What you\xe2\x80\x99ll need:
o 2+ years of experience in Marketing
o Experience in an agency or multiple brand organisation
o Excellent written and verbal communication skills
o Campaign management skills
o Understanding of luxury market and experience with international brands
o Ability to multi-task and meet multiple deadlines
o Copywriting & data skills
o Innovative and willing to test assumptions/look for new solutions
o Ability to efficiently manage projects from conception to completion
