We are looking for a passionate and dynamic individual to help shape Omniplex's presence in GB by delivering engaging campaigns, fostering local partnerships, and executing innovative events that drive footfall and brand awareness. This role will be an extension of the Omniplex Group marketing team, based in GB.
The successful candidate will assist in planning and executing Omniplex UK's marketing and events strategies. This full-time role offers a salary of up to 32,000 per year, depending on experience. The role requires UK travel and will be office-based at

RESPONSIBILITIES
Events
Assist in the planning and delivery of in-cinema and external promotional events, including new cinema openings, re-launches, premieres, influencer screenings, and film festivals.
Support the organisation of site-specific activations, such as character visits and foyer events.
Marketing
Act as an extension of the Omniplex Group marketing team, supporting the team as needed with GB-specific campaigns and activities.
Assist with the execution of marketing campaigns, including supplier account setup, invoicing, media bookings, and influencer collaborations.
Support and coordinate the production of marketing assets and materials, including photoshoots and videoshoots for new products and offerings.
Assist with the implementation of the Omniplex social media strategy, including monitoring, auditing, and providing guidance to cinema managers on their social media channels.
Build and maintain local relationships with press and third-party partners to strengthen Omniplex's presence in UK locations.
Guide and support GB general managers and assist with marketing-related queries.
Conduct marketing audits for each site and ensure marketing initiatives are effectively executed.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
1-2 years of experience in a marketing role.
Experience in organising or hosting events.
Experience in social media content creation.
Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
