We\'re looking for an enthusiastic Marketing & Events Coordinator to support a range of activities designed to generate business growth within the DAC Beachcroft Claims Solutions Group.

The ideal candidate will be diligent, hard-working, have a creative approach and be able to work through tasks quickly in a team environment to meet required timescales.

What you will do

• Supporting the delivery of marketing campaigns and event activities, such as email-marketing, leveraging internal communications, brochure materials and social media content.
• Dealing with marketing and event support requests from a wide-range of internal stakeholders from across the business.
• Drafting, producing and sending marketing emails and event invites.
• Assisting with the organisation, management and hosting of a wide range of events and meetings.
• Supporting the creation and maintenance of content for the firm\'s website, preparing and uploading content ready for publishing.
• Maintaining mailing lists and updating CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tools used for marketing and events campaigns.
• Creating marketing and event reports and updating project boards.
• Assisting with campaign analysis, research on current market trends, prospective clients, and competitor benchmarking.

Who you are

• Team player with good organisational skills and able to work through tasks to meet deadlines.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Keen attention to detail and careful proofreading.
• Positive, motivated, creative individual with a determination to succeed in a fast-paced marketing and events role in this industry.
• Confident with good interpersonal skills and able to engage appropriately with stakeholders.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word and PowerPoint, plus basic knowledge of Excel and some knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud products would be an advantage.
• Demonstrates alignment with the Firm\'s Cultural Principles (Clear, Creative, Determined and Supportive).
• Understands DAC Beachcroft is an international firm. Works with awareness of this structure to operate as one team/brand.
