We're looking for an experienced, imaginative, and strategic Marketing Director to take the reins of our brand and lead our talented in-house team. You'll bring clarity, creativity and commercial thinking to everything we do -- from standout campaigns and beautiful property marketing to how we show up in the community and build emotional connections with our audience.

This isn't about ticking boxes or churning out content. It's about telling a story -- ours -- and helping people fall in love with it.

What you'll be doing:

You'll be at the heart of our brand, driving the strategy and leading a small but mighty team. Your work will span digital, social, video, print, events, and community -- and you'll bring energy and inspiration to every channel.

Your day-to-day will include:

Shaping and delivering our marketing strategy across all platforms

- Managing, mentoring and motivating a small in-house team

- Creating campaigns that drive engagement, leads, and love for our brand

- Ensuring our messaging and visuals are consistent, creative and aligned

- Supporting the property marketing that helps our staff and partners shine

- Building brand awareness locally and beyond, with community and fundraising initiatives

- Reporting on performance and bringing insight to the leadership team

Who we're looking for:

You're a creative thinker with commercial instincts -- someone who can zoom out to see the big picture, and zoom in to make sure the details are just right. You're as comfortable setting strategy as you are rolling up your sleeves and making things happen.

You'll likely have:

- Strong experience leading a marketing function across digital and traditional channels

- A solid background in brand development and campaign management

- A collaborative, can-do approach with great communication and leadership skills

- A flair for turning strategy into action -- and action into results

- An eye for good design and a love for smart, well-crafted messaging

- The ability to juggle priorities and keep a fast-moving team focused
