Overview

• Oversee the Marketing plan for business channels including Bakeries, Delivery, and future channels in development such as Retail.
• Lead the strategic direction of the brand marketing, retail marketing, social, visual identity, PR and creative functions of the business across owned, earned and paid media.
• Be the guardian of the brand, ensuring its visual identity and tone of voice are understood and implemented across the business.
• Responsible for the structure and growth of the marketing team that consists of 2 people.
• Help achieve the digital vision by developing in-house digital marketing expertise spanning organic and paid social, PPC, website and CRM.
• Directly managing the NPD team to ensure we are creating products that are ahead of the trend, are innovative and fall in line with our market research.
• Support bakeries in profitability and growth by: creating local marketing opportunities that engage bakeries in their communities; and seeking innovative ways to increase frequency
• Improve the quality of data-driven decisions across the Marketing function by: creating an optimised UX across all digital ordering channels, increasing its uptake and learning more about customer behaviour; and improving the quantity and quality of customer feedback.
• Undertake customer research and review semi-annual brand tracking as required
• Be a disrupter in the industry.
