12 Month Fixed Term Contract

\xc2\xa355,000 to \xc2\xa365,000 per annum

An amazing opportunity has arisen to join a highly ambitious Fintech company managing a small sized team as a Marketing Director on a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract. With the company continually growing there is potential for this to become a long term position, however this is not guaranteed. The role will be Hybrid based working out of the clients Greater Manchester offices offering a salary between \xc2\xa355,000 to \xc2\xa365,000 per annum.

About the role:

• Working alongside the wider business you will work to develop & implement the marketing strategies that support the enhancement of the brand
• Provide recommendations on where the business could increase its efficiency across the marketing function to gain maximum output
• Identify ways to gain a more collaborative approach for the different departments within the business
• Lead and support the members of your team whilst further collaborating with the senior management to work on one accord supporting the businesses aims

About you:

• Strong knowledge of financial regulations would be great due to the calibre of work
• Understand how to cater to different audiences
• Strong leadership qualities to manage and motivate a talented team whilst being able to challenge senior management
• Utilising your knowledge to enhance the marketing function

• Excellent command of English \xe2\x80\x93 spelling, grammar and punctuation
