Assistory Ltd is a rapidly growing e-commerce business operating primarily through Amazon and eBay, with a focus on mobility aids, household goods, and consumer products. Founded in 2024, the company has already achieved profitability and is expanding its brand presence across the UK and international markets. We are now seeking a Marketing Development Manager to lead our brand strategy, digital campaigns, and market expansion efforts.

Role Overview

This is a strategic role requiring a blend of data-driven insight, creative thinking, and commercial acumen. You will lead the planning and execution of multi-channel marketing initiatives, oversee brand development, and support the business's expansion into physical retail and trade events.

Key Responsibilities

? Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and customer engagement

? Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth

? Lead digital marketing campaigns across Amazon, eBay, and social media platforms(including PPC and SEO)

? Oversee content and branding development, ensuring consistent voice acrosschannels

? Monitor campaign performance, prepare reports, and adjust strategies based onanalytics

? Coordinate marketing efforts for offline expansion, including trade exhibitions andfuture store openings

? Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to align marketing with business goals

Requirements

? Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field

? At least 2 years of experience in marketing strategy or brand development

? Strong understanding of e-commerce marketing tools (Amazon PPC, SEO, data analysis)

? Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin is preferred for supplier and customer engagement

? Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills

? Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to manage multiple projects
