The Role

As a

Marketing Coordinator

at Dweet, you'll be at the heart of our marketing efforts, ensuring smooth execution of digital campaigns, content creation, and brand initiatives. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance our brand presence, attract new users, and drive engagement through data-driven strategies.

What You'll Do

Assist in the planning and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns. Manage and schedule content across social media platforms, ensuring engagement and consistency. Coordinate email marketing initiatives using tools like Mailchimp, HubSpot, or Marketo. Support SEO/SEM efforts by implementing best practices and analyzing performance. Track and report on marketing KPIs using Google Analytics, Excel, and other reporting tools. Create compelling content, from blog posts to social media captions, while maintaining a consistent brand voice. Work with internal teams (Sales, Creative, Product) to align marketing efforts with business goals. Assist in organizing events, partnerships, and promotional activities. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging marketing tools.

What You Bring

1-3 years

of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field. A

Bachelor's degree

in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a similar field (preferred). Hands-on experience with

email marketing, social media management, and SEO/SEM

. Analytical mindset with experience using

Google Analytics and Excel

to track performance. Strong copywriting skills and ability to maintain a

consistent brand voice

. Excellent organizational and project coordination skills, with a keen eye for detail. Strong verbal and written

communication skills
