What You'll Be Doing:

Developing and delivering engaging marketing campaigns across digital, print, and event channels Managing social media content, email marketing, and websites for multiple brands Coordinating promotions, seasonal campaigns, and product launches Creating content (photos, video, copy) that tells our story and drives customer action Supporting PR, influencer outreach, and customer reviews/engagement Working with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and customer experience Tracking analytics and reporting on campaign effectiveness

About You:

A creative thinker with at least 2 years' experience in marketing, ideally in hospitality, food & drink, or lifestyle sectors Confident using tools like Canva, Mailchimp, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and WordPress Strong written and visual communication skills Ability to juggle multiple brands and deadlines with great attention to detail A self-starter with a collaborative spirit and willingness to travel across Wales when needed Welsh language skills are a bonus, but not essential
