Marketing Coordinator

Glasgow/ Hybrid with regular travel across West/ Central Scotland.

A market leader in the world of housebuilding have an opportunity for a Marketing Coordinator to join their small in-house team. The new Coordinator will support the group in their mission to deliver the highest quality to their customers, by carrying out and providing research and insights from design to delivery.

You\xe2\x80\x99ll be responsible for carrying out in depth consumer and competitor research. The design team will look for your recommendation on who they will be targeting, what their drivers are and how they can best exceed expectations when it comes to creating the perfect living space. As well as providing the research, you\xe2\x80\x99ll work with the technical team to design and plan new housing estates, by bringing insights and innovation to the decision making process. You\xe2\x80\x99ll engage with a PR agency to plan the go to market strategy, and as the sales launch approaches you will work with external interior designers to create the show homes.

Assist Marketing Manager in the planning and delivery of sales office site set up; including but not limited to phones, broadband, IT, Sonos, sales fridge, PPE, fire extinguishers, first aid, shredder.

Some key responsibilities will be:

• To produce Market Research reports that predict purchaser profiles and recommend an appropriate product mix and price point for new land opportunities, working with estate agents as appropriate.
• To produce and maintain comparable competitor tables for new and existing sites, updating as appropriate with current relevant pricing.
• Maintaining and updating both the website and property portals for future site listings ensuring accuracy.
• Plan and execute pre commencement campaigns in conjunction with the media and PR agencies to drive awareness and build databases.
• Attend Project Team meetings for assigned projects representing sales and marketing, as appropriate.
• Liaising with key suppliers including creative, media, PR, signage, CGI, Rightmove, Zoopla, sales office / show home suppliers.

We\xe2\x80\x99re looking for someone who has experience planning a concept and preparing to take this to market. You\xe2\x80\x99ll have experience in project and stakeholder management, and prior experience preparing in depth research to form high value go to market campaigns. You\xe2\x80\x99ll have end to end campaign delivery experience, in an environment obsessed with quality. You will enjoy working in a professional and respectful team where you will be expected to give 100% every single day. You will have experience working for a prestigious brand, upholding their brand values, whilst also pushing boundaries and taking any opportunity to add some creativity and forwards thinking. You\xe2\x80\x99ll be fully flexible and able to work from home, from Glasgow HQ and also travel to sites on a regular basis.

This is more than your traditional marketing role, and the successful candidate will have a real passion for research and identifying key customer markets, a keen eye for design, as well as the ability to work independently.
