Marketing Co-ordinator

to join our team.

Key responsibilities:

Co-ordinating day-to-day marketing activity across multiple client accounts and in-house campaigns Liaising with clients and ensuring trackers are updated with all information Supporting the delivery of creative projects, from brief to execution Managing timelines, resources, and communication between clients and our creative teams Assisting the Director with duties such as diary management Overseeing internal processes to ensure all steps are followed Processing quotations, purchase orders and invoices Helping us stay organised, inspired, and always one step ahead!

What we're looking for:

Strong organisational and time management skills Excellent communication (written & verbal) A proactive mindset with a problem-solving attitude Confident using digital tools (social media platforms, project management software, Microsoft Office/Google Workspace) Previous marketing experience or a relevant qualification (agency experience is a big plus!)

Location:

Buckshaw Village (office based role)

Hours:

Full-time and part time considered

Competitive, based on experience
