You'll be joining a small but collaborative and high-performing team that is engaged across all areas of the business. This is a varied, hands-on role offering opportunities to shape and support campaigns that make a tangible impact;from brand awareness campaigns and client events to digital engagement and sponsorship.

We work across all service lines and offices, supporting our people and amplifying the voice of our brand. About the Role...

You'll work closely with our Head of Marketing and Marketing Manager to deliver campaigns, content and events that drive client engagement, increase brand visibility and support new business opportunities. You'll be involved in both strategic and day-to-day activities; from drafting communications and co-ordinating events, to supporting sponsorships and handling inbound new work enquiries.


Supporting the delivery of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print and social media channels Helping to organise and attend events such as seminars, exhibitions and receptions Managing marketing collateral, email campaigns, and subscriber newsletters Liaising with external agencies, suppliers and internal stakeholders Assisting with data management and marketing list segmentation Researching trends and audience behaviour to inform marketing strategy Supporting on sponsorship activity and market research projects Producing PowerPoint decks and assets for key stakeholders

You'll ideally have:

Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) Confident working with data and digital analytics Knowledge of Microsoft 365 (especially PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Teams) A passion for marketing and a keen eye for detail Enthusiasm for social media and a genuine interest in how digital channels drive engagement A can-do attitude and willingness to learn and grow Mobility to travel between offices or attend external events when required

Success in this Role Looks like:

Contributing to impactful marketing campaigns that elevate the Rickard Luckin brand Building strong relationships across departments and external partners Supporting the delivery of high-quality events, digital content and communication pieces Embracing our values and acting as a brand ambassador for the firm
